Teodoru & Associates was established in 1996 as Emanuel Teodoru Law Office.
From the beginning the Firm has sought to professionally assist corporate clients as well as individuals in dealing with legal matters they faced.
In short time, the Firm was able to select clients and tried to provide them with a full business legal practice.
Now the Firm deals mainly with corporate clients or individuals dealing with corporate and business law, intellectual property, labor, real estate and tax. However, some other interesting cases may be accepted.
We are proud to have an excellent team of young professionals who have passed tough selection tests.
Each one has the ability to express and understand at least 2 foreign languages.
Together, as a team, they are able to deal successfully with every aspect of the legal existence of a company in Romania.
Since then the Firm has set up a large network of partner law offices in Romania, including the major seaport of Constanta.
Our network is able to solve legal matters all over Romania in the shortest time.
